Jesus & Mary School Students and Kunhadi Cross the Road on Antelias Public School Safe Crossing

Mrs. Lena Gebrane and students of Jesus & Mary school went to the safe crossing they have installed earlier this month on Antelias Public School and organized traffic to demonstrate the correct way of using the safe crossing:

-    Drivers should slow down in the proximity of a safe crossing
-    Cars should not enter the white zebra lines if a pedestrian is trying to cross the road
-    Pedestrians should only cross the road on the pedestrian safe crossing and make sure their path is clear.

Drivers passing by the safe crossing were ready and enthusiastic to learn about the safe crossing and what to do to give pedestrians their right to cross the road safely and almost all of them gave the thumbs up!
