Taxi Night 8
Taxi Night is an initiative created by Kunhadi to promote the use of taxi cars among the youth after spending a night of drinking.
This party concept is the first of its kind worldwide, whereby clubbers are picked up from their houses to the party venue then back again by Taxi cars offered by Kunhadi free of charge. After having used the taxi cars, clubbers experience the practicality of calling a taxi instead of drunk driving.
This party concept proved to be a successful hit, and on Monday July 28, 2010, Kunhadi celebrated the eighth Taxi Night at Sky Bar, supported by many young and older clubbers, important celebrities and figures such as the Minister of Interior and Municipalities Mr. Ziad Baroud, renowned actor and writer Georges Khabbaz... among others.
In addition to their awareness role, Taxi Nights are fundraising events that help support the organization in its mission to improve road safety and driver behavior in Lebanon.
