Fatigue Driving
More than 17 hours without sleep has the same effect on the body as 0.5 level of alcohol in the blood.
Fatigue slows the driver�s reaction time and makes it difficult for the driver to make the right decisions in the right time.
Symptoms of fatigue:
� Lack of concentration
� Repetitive yawning
� Sore eyes (itching)
� Drifting over lanes
� Trouble keeping your head upright
� Delayed reactions
� Involuntary eye-closure
If you are too tired to drive, park somewhere safe and take a nap for 10 minutes, or step out of the car to exercise and have a cup of coffee.
