Le Taxi drivers complete the Safe Chauffeur training at Kunhadi Road Safety Academy
In the objective of improving their service and customer care, seven Le Taxi drivers completed the Safe Chauffeur training at Kunhadi Road Safety Academy on July 23 to learn about the New Traffic Law, how to identify and avoid hazards on the road, professional customer care and how to communicate with difficult customers.
Through its Road Safety Academy, Kunhadi aims to reinforce the trust of the Lebanese public in the taxi industry to promote it as an alternative to drunk and fatigue driving.
