Text-driving revealed as the most annoying driver behavior
A recent report by Expedia revealed that Texters (drivers who use their mobiles for texting, talking or emails) are the most irritating drivers on the road!
1,001 American were surveyed to identify road trip habits and to analyze the behaviors that most likely elicit road rage, and the result is:
1. The Texter (drivers who text, email or talk on a phone while driving): 69%
2. The Tailgater (drivers who follow others far too closely): 60%
3. The Multi-tasker (applying makeup, eating, reading, etc.): 54%
4. The Drifter (either straddling two lanes or weaving between them): 43%
5. The Crawler (driving well below the speed limit): 39%
6. The Swerver (failing to signal before changing lanes or turning): 38%
7. The Left-Lane Hog (drivers who occupy the passing lane without moving): 32%
8. The Inconsiderate (those who do not let others merge): 30%
