Taxi Night 9
Every year, Kunhadi hosts its most awaited event: Taxi Night.
Being the first event of its kind worldwide, Taxi Night is a loud fun party to which participants arrive and leave from by Taxis offered by Kunhadi.
This event encourages the youth to use cabs instead of driving drunk after a night out, by making them experience the relief having a designated driver or a taxi take them back home.
Taxi Night 9 took place at Sky Bar – Beirut on August 1st, 2011 and raised funds for the installation of retro-reflective markings and road signs on the South Highway, from the Airport to Jiyyeh, to highlight the under-lit road and invisible turns and make them safe for drivers at night.
