Kunhadi at the Stakeholder Dialogue on Alcohol Drinking and Young People in Lebanon

Hosted by the Knowledge to Policy Center (K2P) - American University of Beirut on Friday January 27, 2017, the stakeholder dialogue was convened to discuss Alcohol drinking and young people in Lebanon and potential solutions to delay initiation and reduce harm.

The early initiation of alcohol in Lebanon and the frequent and heavy consumption of alcohol among youth is on the rise, putting them at increased risk of multiple health, social and economic losses and even mortality.

K2P invited Kunhadi to join the dialogue and share its unique experience with raising awareness against drinking and driving through a series of innovative ways that included campaigns, parties, and activities, that lead young party organizers and wedding planners to start promoting taxis at their event to encourage their guests not to drink and drive.
