Fatigue Driving

More than 17 hours without sleep has the same effect on the body as 0.5 level of alcohol in the blood.
Fatigue slows the driver’s reaction time and makes it difficult for the driver to make the right decisions in the right time.

Symptoms of fatigue:

•    Lack of concentration
•    Repetitive yawning
•    Sore eyes (itching)
•    Drifting over lanes
•    Trouble keeping your head upright
•    Delayed reactions
•    Involuntary eye-closure

If you are too tired to drive, park somewhere safe and take a nap for 10 minutes, or step out of the car to exercise and have a cup of coffee.
